ATL App Development Module has been launched in collaboration with Indian startup Plezmo.
It aims to improve the skills of school students in the times to come under AIM's flagship program Atal Tinkering Labs and make them app users to app builders.
NITI Aayog's AIM has provided home learning facilities to students and teachers across the country to learn and apply the latest technologies including game design and development, 3D design, astronomy, digital creativity skills, etc., including artificial intelligence.
So far, more than 5100 ATLs have been established by the Atal Innovation Mission in more than 660 districts across the country.

Governor and Chancellor Shri Kalraj Mishra has handed over the additional charge of Vice Chancellor of Rajasthan ILD Skill University, Jaipur to Harim Dev Joshi Journalism and Vice Chancellor of Mass Communication University, Shri Om Thanvi.
ILD Skill University is located in Jaipur and is the first government sector skill development university in the country.
Former Vice Chancellor Mr. Lalit K. Pawar served as Vice Chancellor from 2018 to 2020.
Eighteen skill related institutes are affiliated with the university so far and more than 1000 students are doing skill based studies in these institutes.
The affiliated institutions have started the first session from July 2018.
The university is an effective institution for implementing the National Skill Qualification Framework in the state.
