Rajsamand district continues to be the first in the country in construction of community toilets under the Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyan.
Community toilets and model IEC toilets are being built in different districts of the country under Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin). So that a clean environment can be created by ending the open defecation trend in the country.
22 districts of the state including Rajsamand have been selected under the Community Toilet Construction Scheme. Among them, the progress of the districts other than Rajsamad, Hanumangarh, Bhilwara, Barmer, Sirohi and Udaipur districts is very little or no.
Rajsamand district topped the national ranking with its remarkable progress. In this way, Rajsamand has not been able to shake any other district of the country since the first place.
The use of these model IEC toilets improved during the quarantine period, where migrants had no problems.
Rajasthan remains first in the country, Bihar is second and Jammu and Kashmir remains third.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, will dedicate to the nation on July 10, 2020, a 750 MW solar project installed at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.
The project consists of three solar generating units of 250–250 MW each on 500 hectares of land located inside a solar park (total area 1500 hectares).
The solar park has been developed by Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMSL), a joint venture company of Madhya Pradesh Urjavikas Nigam Limited (MPUVN) and Central Public Sector Unit Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI).
RUMSL has been provided with central financial assistance of Rs 138 crore for the development of this solar park.
The project will reduce carbon emissions equivalent to about 1.5 million tonnes of carbon di oxide (CO2) annually.
The Rewa project is known in India and abroad for its solid project structure and innovations. Its payment protection mechanism has been recommended by MNRE as a model for other states to reduce the risk of power developers. It has also received the World Bank Group President Award for innovation and excellence.
Not only this, it has also been included in the Prime Minister's book 'A Book of Innovation: New Beginnings'.
The project is also the first renewable energy project to be supplied to an institutional customer outside the state. That is, it will provide 24 percent of its total power to the Delhi Metro, while the remaining 76 percent will be supplied to the state electricity distribution companies (discoms) of Madhya Pradesh.
The Rewa project is also an example of India's commitment to achieve the target of 175 GW (GW) of installed renewable energy capacity by 2022, with a solar installed capacity of 100 GHz (GW).

The Ministry of Culture has undertaken a project to reprint 108 issues of Mongolian Kanjur under the National Manuscripts Mission (NMM). The first set of five reprinted marks of Mongolian Kanjur under NMM was presented to President Shri Ram Nath Kovind on 4 July 2020, on the occasion of Guru Purnima, also known as Dharma Chakra Day.
The National Manuscripts Mission was launched by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, Government of India in February 2003 with the mandate to document, preserve and disseminate the knowledge preserved in manuscripts. One of the objectives of the mission is to publish rare and unpublished manuscripts.
The 108-digit Buddhism legal treatise Mongolian Kanjur is considered the most important religious text in Mongolia. In the Mongolian language, 'Kanjur' means 'short order' which are specifically the words of Lord Buddha. It is highly respected by Mongolian Buddhists and they worship Kanjur in temples and recite the lines of Kanjur in their daily lives as a religious custom. Kanjur is kept in almost every Buddhist monastery in Mongolia. Mongolian Kanjur is translated from the Tibetan language. The language of Kanjur is classical Mongolian. Mongolian Kanjur is the source of providing a cultural identity to Mongolia.
During 1956-58, Professor Raghu Veera obtained a microfilm copy of the rare Kanjur manuscripts and brought it to India and in 108 digits, the Mongolian Kanjur, a former Rajya Sabha MP in India in the 1970s, Prof. Published by Lokesh Chandra.

In Rajasthan, the fine has been increased for those who do not comply with the rules of road safety. Under this, some amendments have been made in the Motor Vehicles Act-2019.
Now, the fine has been fixed at the minimum of 20 thousand and maximum of 40 thousand rupees for the offenses of stopping or weighing the vehicles transporting goods on the road and refusing to overload vehicles. For driving offenses of less serious nature, the penalty amount has been increased from 100 to 1000 rupees. Penalty amount of 100 rupees has been kept for jumping the red light, disregarding the road sign, setting sirens on vehicles without acceptance and breaking the parking rules.
The central government on September 1, 2019 implemented the revised provisions of the Motor Vehicle Act-1988 for the entire country. But many states, including Rajasthan, did not implement it on their own, stating higher penalty amount.
Now for general category offenses such as jumping red lights, disregarding street signs, breaking parking rules, unauthorized sirens or lights, no wiper, black filming, the fine amount is 100 and for two wheeler. For 200 rupees has been kept.
A fine of Rs 1 thousand has been kept on three rides on non-helmet, without seat belt, two-wheelers and Rs 5 thousand without license penalty. Driving dangerous vehicles - 1 thousand rupees, second time for committing the same offense - 10 thousand rupees and vehicle speed measuring and racing without permission - 5 thousand rupees, second time can be fined 10 thousand rupees. Those who drive two-wheelers without registration and fitness will be fined Rs. 2 thousand and for not giving way to ambulance and fire brigade, a fine of Rs. 10,000.

INAS 300, the Chief Fighter Squadron of the Indian Navy, has completed 60 glorious years in service to the nation. Known as The White Tigers, this squadron has the rare distinction of operating all three fighter aircraft of the Indian Navy - INS Vikrant, INS Virat and INS Vikramaditya.
The squadron proved its strength on several occasions, including Operation Vijay in 1961, Indo-China War in 1962 and Indo-Pak War in 1965 and 1971.
The White Tigers have received several Gallantry Awards including one Mahavir Chakra and five Vir Chakras.
