₹ 10 crore 77 lakh has been released by the state government for the centrally based Sankalp project for skill development. It is being implemented by Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation (RSLDC).
Sankalp is being funded under the public-private-partnership model. For this, the World Bank will provide Rs 3,300 crore, states will invest 600 crore and industry partners will contribute Rs 4,455 crore. The project has been commanded by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and the State Skill Development Mission will help in achieving its goals.

The Cabinet approved the Central Sector Scheme for funding facility under the 'Agricultural Infrastructure Fund'.
The scheme will facilitate medium-long-term debt financing through interest grants and financial support, post-harvest infrastructure management and investment in viable projects for community agricultural assets.
The loan will be disbursed in four years, with approval of Rs 10,000 crore in the current financial year and Rs 30,000 crore in the next three financial years respectively.
Under this financing facility, a rebate of 3% will be provided in all types of loans up to a limit of Rs 2 crore per year. This rebate will be available for a maximum period of 7 years.
In addition, credit guarantee coverage will also be available to eligible borrowers through this financing facility under the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) scheme for loans up to Rs 2 crore.
The management and monitoring of agricultural infrastructure funds will be done through the Online Management Information System (MIS) platform.
Monitoring committees will be set up at the national, state and district levels to ensure timely monitoring and receipt of effective feedback.
The time frame of this scheme will be from the financial year 2020 to the financial year 2029 (10 years).

The Union Cabinet gave a total of Rs 12,450 crore (in the year 2019-20) for the help of three public sector general insurance companies - Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL), National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) and United India Insurance Company Limited (UIICL) 2,500 crore rupees) has been approved.
To make this capital flow effective, the authorized capital of NICL will be increased to Rs 7,500 crore and the authorized capital of UIICL and OICL will be raised to Rs 5,000 crore respectively.
This capital inflow will help the three public sector general insurance companies improve their financial and debt repayment capacity, meet the insurance needs of the economy, adopt changes, increase resource mobilization and improve risk management.
