शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा जुलाई माह के लिए संयुक्त ज़िला रैंकिंग बुधवार को ज़ारी कर दी गई है। शाला दर्पण पर उपलब्ध डाटा के आधार पर तैयार की गई इस रैंकिंग में जयपुर ज़िला प्रदेशभर में प्रथम स्थान पर रहा है तथा चुरू व हनुमानगढ़ को क्रमशः दूसरी ओर तीसरी रैंक प्राप्त हुई।

जून 2021 में भी ये तीनो ज़िले प्रथम तीन स्थान पर रहे थे।

सरकारी स्कूल में सभी सूचनाए एकत्र करवाने के लिए शाला दर्पण पोर्टल पर विद्यालयों की श्रेणी, बेसिक प्रोफ़ाइल, कार्मिकों की संख्या नामांकन की स्थिति विद्यालयों में उपलब्ध संसाधनों की सुविधा,वैकल्पिक विषय संकाय कार्य संग्रहण साइकिल वितरण व छात्रवृति योजना समेत चम्बल इस बिन्दु के आधार पर ज़िलों की रैंकिंग का निर्धारण किया जाता है।

जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय ने एक अनूठी पहल करते हुए आर्ट ऑफ लीविंग की साझेदारी में  महाराष्ट्र के औरंगाबाद में वृक्ष बंधन परियोजना लॉन्च की।

इसमें 1100 जनजातीय महिलाएं रक्षा बंधन के लिए देशी पेड़ों के बीज से राखी बना रही हैं।

यह वन क्षेत्र बढ़ाने और जलवायु परिवर्तन से निपटने में अनोखा योगदान है।

यह पहल अक्टूबर 2020 में जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय द्वारा आर्ट ऑफ लीविंग को दी गई परियोजना स्वीकृति का हिस्सा है जिसमें औरंगाबाद के 10 गावों के 10,000 जनजातीय किसान गो आधारित कृषि तकनीक पर आधारित सतत प्राकृतिक कृषि के बारे में प्रशिक्षित किए जा रहे हैं।

राखियां प्राकृतिक रूप से रंगे, नरम स्वदेशी, गैर विषैले, बायोडिग्रेडेबल कपास पर चिपके देशी बीजों से बनती हैं। एक बार के उपयोग के बाद बीज मिट्टी में बोया जा सकता है, जिससे पर्यावरण को लाभ होता है। इस परियोजना के अंतर्गत हजारों पेड़ लगाए जाने की उम्मीद है और परियोजना से जुड़ी आदिवासी महिलाओं को रोजगार प्राप्त होगा।

67- बुजुर्गों के लिए जीवन का गुणवत्ता सूचकांक में 5 मिलियन से अधिक बुजुर्ग आबादी वाले राज्यों में सर्वाधिक स्कोर हासिल करने वाला राज्य हैं-

प्रधानमंत्री की आर्थिक सलाहकार परिषद (ईएसी-पीएम) के अध्यक्ष डॉ. बिबेक देबरॉय ने बुजुर्गों के लिए जीवन का गुणवत्ता सूचकांक जारी किया।

ईएसी-पीएम के अनुरोध पर इंस्टीट्यूट फॉर कॉम्पिटिटिवनेस द्वारा यह सूचकांक तैयार किया गया है, जो ऐसे मुद्दों पर प्रकाश डालता है जिनका अक्सर बुजुर्गों के सामने आने वाली समस्याओं में उल्लेख नहीं किया जाता है।

यह रिपोर्ट भारतीय राज्यों में उम्र बढ़ने के क्षेत्रीय पैटर्न की पहचान करने के साथ-साथ देश में उम्र बढ़ने की समग्र स्थिति का भी आकलन करती है।

इस सूचकांक के ढांचे में चार स्तंभ- वित्तीय कल्याण, सामाजिक कल्याण, स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली और आय सुरक्षा तथा आठ उप-स्तंभ- आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण, शैक्षिक अर्जन और रोजगार, सामाजिक स्थिति, शारीरिक सुरक्षा, बुनियादी स्वास्थ्य, मनोवैज्ञानिक कल्याण, सामाजिक सुरक्षा और पर्यावरण के अनुरूप बनाना शामिल हैं।

राजस्थान और हिमाचल प्रदेश क्रमशः बुजुर्ग और अपेक्षाकृत बुजुर्ग आबादी वाले राज्यों में सर्वाधिक स्कोर हासिल करने वाले क्षेत्र हैं। जबकि चंडीगढ़ और मिजोरम केंद्र शासित प्रदेश और पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र के राज्य श्रेणी में सर्वाधिक स्कोर हासिल करने वाले क्षेत्र हैं। बुजुर्ग आबादी वाले राज्य ऐसे राज्य हैं, जहां बुजुर्ग आबादी 5 मिलियन से अधिक है, जबकि अपेक्षाकृत बुजुर्ग आबादी वाले राज्य ऐसे राज्य हैं जहां बुजुर्ग आबादी 5 मिलियन से कम है।

68- हाल ही में DRDO द्वारा सफलतापूर्वक परीक्षण की गई निर्भय नामक क्रूज मिसाइल किस प्रकार की मिसाइल है -

भारत ने रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन (डीआरडीओ) द्वारा विकसित की गई एक निर्भय नामक क्रूज मिसाइल का सफलतापूर्वक परीक्षण किया है।

ये परीक्षण ओडिशा स्थित बालासोर में किया गया है। परीक्षण के दौरान मिसाइल ने करीब 150 किमी का सफर पूरा किया। इस मिसाइल में इंडीजिनीयस क्रूज इंजन लगा है।

अक्टूबर 2020 के महीने में निर्भय मिसाइल का परीक्षण 8 मिनट की उड़ान के बाद तकनीकी कारणों से रद्द कर दिया गया था.श।

पिछले साल के विफल मिशन के बाद DRDO ने निर्भय क्रूज मिसाइल में तकनीकी बदलाव किए. 1000 किलोमीटर की रेंज वाली इस मिसाइल का बुधवार को ओडिशा के चांदीपुर रेंज से प्रक्षेपण किया गया।

निर्भय क्रूज मिसाइल (Nirbhay Cruise Missile) ने इस परीक्षण के दौरान 0.7 मैक से 0.9 मैक (864 KM से 1111 KM प्रतिघंटा) की गति हासिल की

इस मिसाइल में सी-स्किमिंग (Sea Skimming) और टेरेन हगिंग कैपेबिलिटी (Terrain Hugging Capability) है।

यह मिसाइल 300 किलोग्राम तक के परंपरागत हथियार को ले जा सकती है।

सामाजिक न्याय एवं सशक्तीकरण मंत्री डॉ. वीरेंद्र कुमार ने लोकसभा में 9 अगस्त, 2021 को संविधान (एक सौ सत्ताइसवां संशोधन) बिल, 2021 को पेश किया जो 11 अगस्त को संसद से पारित हो गया।बिल संविधान में संशोधन करता है और राज्यों एवं केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को इस बात की अनुमति देता है कि वे सामाजिक एवं शैक्षिक रूप से पिछड़े वर्गों की अपनी सूची खुद बना सकते हैं।

यह संविधान का 105 वाँ संशोधन है।

राष्ट्रीय पिछड़ा वर्ग आयोग एक्ट, 1993 के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय पिछड़ा वर्ग आयोग (एनसीबीसी) की स्थापना की गई थी। संविधान (एक सौ दूसरा संशोधन) एक्ट, 2018 ने एनसीबीसी को संवैधानिक दर्जा दिया है और राष्ट्रपति को यह अधिकार दिया है कि वह सभी उद्देश्यों के लिए किसी राज्य या केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के सामाजिक एवं शैक्षिक रूप से पिछड़े वर्गों की सूची को अधिसूचित करेंगे। 2021 का बिल इसमें संशोधन करता है और प्रावधान करता है कि राष्ट्रपति सिर्फ केंद्र सरकार के उद्देश्य के लिए सामाजिक एवं शैक्षिक रूप से पिछड़े वर्गों की सूची को अधिसूचित कर सकते हैं। केंद्र सरकार इस केंद्रीय सूची को तैयार करेगी और उसका रखरखाव करेगी। इसके अतिरिक्त बिल राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को यह अधिकार देता है कि वे सामाजिक एवं शैक्षिक रूप से पिछड़े वर्गों की अपनी अपनी सूची बनाएं। यह सूची कानून के द्वारा बनाई जाएगी और यह केंद्रीय सूची से अलग हो सकती है। 

संविधान का अनुच्छेद 338बी केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों के लिए अनिवार्य करता है कि वे सामाजिक एवं शैक्षिक रूप से पिछड़े वर्गों को प्रभावित करने वाले सभी नीतिगत मामलों पर एनसीबीसी से सलाह करेंगी। संशोधन इसमें बदलाव करते हुए राज्यों को छूट प्रदान करता है।

भारत का जियोसिंक्रोनस सैटेलाइट लॉन्च व्हीकल-F10 (GSLV-F10) सतीश धवन स्पेस सेंटर (SDSC) शार, श्रीहरिकोटा से अर्थ ऑब्जर्वेशन सैटेलाइट (EOS-03) लॉन्च करते समय क्रायोजेनिक स्टेज में ख़राबी की वजह से विफल हो गया है।

EOS-03 पहला अत्याधुनिक पृथ्वी अवलोकन उपग्रह था जिसे GSLV-F10 द्वारा जियोसिंक्रोनस ट्रांसफर ऑर्बिट में रखा जाना था।

इसके प्रमुख उद्देश्य निम्न थे -

The combined district ranking for the month of July has been released by the Education Department on Wednesday. In this ranking prepared on the basis of data available on Shala Darpan, Jaipur district has been ranked first in the state and Churu and Hanumangarh got second and third rank respectively.

In June 2021 also, these three districts were in the first three places.

To collect all the information in the government school, on the Shala Darpan portal, the category of schools, basic profile, number of personnel, enrollment status, facilities available in the schools, optional subject, faculty work, cycle distribution and scholarship scheme, including Chambal based on this point. The ranking of the districts is determined.

66- Ministry of Tribal Affairs in partnership with Art of Living has launched Vriksha Bandhan project in which state?

In a unique initiative, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, in partnership with Art of Living, launched Vriksha Bandhan project in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

In this, 1100 tribal women are making Rakhi from the seeds of native trees for Raksha Bandhan.

It is a unique contribution in increasing forest cover and tackling climate change.

This initiative is part of the project approval given to Art of Living by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs in October 2020 in which 10,000 tribal farmers from 10 villages of Aurangabad are being trained on sustainable natural farming based on cow based farming techniques.

Rakhis are made from indigenous seeds glued on naturally dyed, soft indigenous, non-toxic, biodegradable cotton. After one-time use the seeds can be sown in the soil, benefitting the environment. Thousands of trees are expected to be planted under this project and tribal women associated with the project will get employment.

67. The highest score among the states with more than 5 million elderly population in the Quality of Life Index for the elderly is-

The Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (EAC-PM) Dr. Bibek Debroy released the Quality of Life Index for the elderly.

The index, developed by the Institute for Competitiveness at the request of the EAC-PM, highlights issues that are often not mentioned in the problems faced by the elderly.

The report identifies regional patterns of aging across Indian states as well as assesses the overall status of aging in the country.

The structure of this index consists of four pillars – financial welfare, social welfare, health system and income security and eight sub-columns – economic empowerment, educational earning and employment, social status, physical security, basic health, psychological well being, social security and environment. Customization included.

Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh are the highest scoring regions in the states with elderly and relatively elderly population respectively. Whereas Chandigarh and Mizoram are the highest scoring regions in the Union Territories and States Category of the North Eastern Region. States with elderly population are the states where the elderly population is more than 5 million, while the states with relatively elderly population are the states where the elderly population is less than 5 million.

India has successfully test-fired a cruise missile named Nirbhay, developed by the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO).

This test has been done in Balasore, Odisha. During the test, the missile completed a journey of about 150 km. The missile has an indigenous cruise engine.

The test of Nirbhay missile in the month of October 2020 was canceled due to technical reasons after a flight of 8 minutes.

After the failed mission of last year, DRDO made technical changes in the Nirbhay cruise missile. The missile with a range of 1000 km was launched on Wednesday from the Chandipur range of Odisha.

The Nirbhay Cruise Missile achieved a speed of 0.7 Mach to 0.9 Mach (864 KM to 1111 KM per hour) during this test.

This missile has Sea-Skimming and Terrain Hugging Capability.

The missile can carry a conventional warhead of up to 300 kg.

Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Dr. Virendra Kumar introduced the Constitution (One Hundred and Twenty Seventh Amendment) Bill, 2021 in the Lok Sabha on August 9, 2021, which was passed by the Parliament on August 11. The bill amends the Constitution and allows states and the Center to Allows the territories to make their own list of socially and educationally backward classes.

This is the 105th amendment of the constitution.

The National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) was established under the National Commission for Backward Classes Act, 1993.

The Constitution (One Hundred Second Amendment) Act, 2018 has given constitutional status to the NCBC and empowered the President to notify the list of socially and educationally backward classes of any State or Union Territory for all purposes. The 2021 bill amends this and provides that the President can notify the list of socially and educationally backward classes only for the purpose of the central government. The central government will prepare and maintain this central list. In addition, the bill empowers the states and union territories to make their own lists of socially and educationally backward classes. This list shall be made by law and may be different from the central list.

Article 338B of the Constitution mandates the Central and State Governments to advise the NCBC on all policy matters affecting socially and educationally backward classes. The amendment provides exemption to the states by making changes in it.

India's Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle-F10 (GSLV-F10) has failed due to a defect in the cryogenic stage while launching the Earth Observation Satellite (EOS-03) from Satish Dhawan Space Center (SDSC) SHAR, Sriharikota.

EOS-03 was the first state-of-the-art Earth observation satellite to be placed in Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit by GSLV-F10.
