राजस्थान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एण्ड इन्स्ट्रूमेन्ट्स लिमिटेड (रील) का राजस्थान के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स उद्योग में एक प्रमुख स्थान है। कंपनी भारत सरकार और राजस्थान सरकार के बीच अपने-अपने संस्थानों के माध्यम से एक संयुक्त उद्यम है। कंपनी को लोक उद्यम विभाग, उद्योग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा इसके अच्छे प्रदर्शन और उत्कृष्ट उत्पादों की वजह से वर्ष 1997 में "मिनी रत्न" का दर्जा प्रदान किया गया था।

02- देश में किस राज्य मे पहली बार छोटे विमानों और हेलीकॉप्टरों का उत्पादन शुरू किया जाएगा-

A- हरियाणा

देश में पहली बार गुजरात में छोटे विमानों और हेलीकॉप्टरों का उत्पादन शुरू किया जाएगा। राज्य के नागरिक उड्डयन विभाग ने निजी कंपनी एयरो फ्रेयर इंक के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। कंपनी ने अमरेली एयर स्ट्रिप के पास एक निर्माण इकाई शुरू करने का काम शुरू कर दिया है।कंपनी का पहला विमान साल 2021 के अंत तक बाजार में आ सकता है। इसके लिए कंपनी पहले चरण में 150 करोड़ रुपए और उसके बाद में 500 करोड़ रुपए का निवेश करेगी।

2-सीटर, 4-सीटर, एयर एंबुलेंस, हेलीकॉप्टर और फिक्स्ड विंग ग्लाइडर का उत्पादन शुरू किया जाएगा।

अमरेली में कंपनी की स्थापित होने वाली उत्पादन इकाई के शुरू होने से इंजीनियरों और अन्य विशेषज्ञों के साथ-साथ अन्य तकनीशियनों सहित 200 से अधिक लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष रोजगार मिलेगा, जबकि अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से अमरेली और उसके आसपास के करीब एक हजार से अधिक लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा।

अभी सभी निजी और सरकारी विमानन कंपनियां विदेशों से ही सभी आकार के विमानों की खरीद करती हैं।

भारत का पहला नागरिक विमान हिंदुस्तान एयरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड (एचएएल) ने 19 सीट वाले डॉर्नियर-228 विमान के रूप में निर्मित किया है जो मुख्य रूप से सेना द्वारा काम में लिया जाता है।

चंडीगढ़ स्थित सीएसआईआर-केंद्रीय वैज्ञानिक उपकरण संगठन (सीएसआईओ) ने दृष्टि बाधित लोगों को पढ़ने की सहुलियत बढ़ाने के लिए एक नई मशीन इजाद की है।

इस व्यक्तिगत पाठन मशीन का नाम ‘दिव्य नयन’ रखा गया है।संपर्क स्कैनिंग पद्धति पर आधारित यह मशीन मल्टी कॉलम दस्तावेज का विश्लेषण कर सकता है और पढ़ने की निर्बाध सुविधा प्रदान करता है। उपयोगकर्ता जिस दस्तावेज को पढ़ना चाहता है, उसके ऊपर इस उपकरण को रख सकता है और इसे मैन्युअल रूप से स्कैन कर सकता है।

रीडिंग डिवाइस इमेज को टेक्स्ट और टेक्स्ट को स्पीच कन्वर्टर करने के लिए भाषा पर निर्भर ऑप्टिकल कैरेक्टर रिकग्निशन का उपयोग करता है और यह टेक्स्ट को ऑडियो में परिवर्तित करता है। ऑडियो फाइलें मशीन में एड की जाती हैं, जिन्हें उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा सुना जा सकता है। यह उपकरण हैंडहेल्ड, स्टैंडअलोन, पोर्टेबल, पूरी तरह से वायरलेस और आईओटी (इंटरनेट ऑफ थिंग्स) सक्षम है। वर्तमान में यह उपकरण हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, बंगाली, तेलुगु, तमिल, कन्नड़ और पंजाबी में उपलब्ध है। इसे जल्द ही अन्य भारतीय और विदेशी भाषाओं के लिए भी अनुकूल बनाया जाएगा है। इसमें यूएसबी, ब्लूटूथ, वाईफाई, लैन, हेडफोन इत्यादि जैसे इंटरफेस हैं।

2017 में अंटार्कटिका के लिए एक अभियान के दौरान भारतीय वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा खोजी गई एक दुर्लभ, गहरे हरे रंग की पौधों की नई प्रजाति को वैज्ञानिकों ने ब्रायम भारतिएन्सिस नाम दिया है। नई पाई गई काई प्रजाति का नाम हिंदू देवी, भारती के नाम पर रखा गया है, जो अंटार्कटिका में भारत के अनुसंधान केंद्र का नाम भी है। इसके अलावा, वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा इसका नाम भारत को श्रद्धांजलि देने के लिए रखा गया है।

चार दशक पहले अंटार्कटिका में पहला शोध केंद्र शुरू होने के बाद से यह पहली बार है जब भारत ने पौधों की एक नई प्रजाति की खोज की है।

शोध भारत और विज्ञान के लिए एक बड़ा वरदान है क्योंकि यह जानना  दिलचस्प होगा कि ये काई -70 डिग्री से भी कम तापमान में दुनिया के सबसे कठिन मौसम में से एक में कैसे जीवित रहते हैं।

नितिन गडकरी ने नागपुर, महाराष्ट्र में पहले वाणिज्यिक तरलीकृत प्राकृतिक गैस (एलएनजी) फिलिंग स्टेशन का उद्घाटन किया।

तरल प्राकृतिक गैस (एलएनजी), संपीड़ित प्राकृतिक गैस (सीएनजी), और इथेनॉल जैसे वैकल्पिक ईंधन के बढ़ते उपयोग से पेट्रोल की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी से राहत मिलेगी।वर्तमान में भारत पेट्रोल-डीजल और पेट्रोलियम उत्पादों के आयात पर 8 लाख करोड़ रुपये खर्च कर रहा है।

प्राकृतिक गैस पी. एन.जी. सी.एन.जी और एल. एन. जी क्या हैं ?

प्राकृतिक गैस, जैसा कि नाम से पता चलता है एक गैसियस ईंधन है जो कि 87-92% मीथेन और एक उच्च हाईड्रोकार्बन्स को कम प्रतिशत से मिलकर बनती है। पी.एन.जी., सी. एन. जी और एल. एन. जी प्राकृतिक गैसों के विभिन्न तापमान और दबाव के तहत विभिन्न रुप हैं।

पाइप्ड नैचुरल गैस (पी. एन. जी) आमतौर पर वायुमंडलीय तापमान के अंतर्गत होती है भीड़ भाड़ वाले शहरों /कस्बों में उच्च दबाब के संचार से होने वाले खतरे से मुक्त, सिटी गैस ग्रिड की ट्रान्स्मीशन लाइनों में इसका उच्चतम दबाव 90 किग्रा / वर्ग से.मी. और न्यूनतम दबाव 40 किग्रा/ वर्ग से.मि. से भी कम हो सकता है।

संपीडित प्राकृतिक गैस (सी.एन.जी), एक प्राकृतिक गैस है जो कि 200 -250 (सीएनजी) के संकुचित दबाव में गैसीय अवस्था में वाहनों के ईधन के रुप में उपयोग में लाई जाती है।

इसका उपयोग मुख्यतः वाहनेां में होता है। क्योंकि गाड़ी को चलाने के लिए जिस उर्जा की आवश्यकता होती है (150-200 किलो मीटर) उस उर्जा पर दबाव डालकर उसकी मात्रा लगभग 300 गुना तक कम करके उसको इस आकार के पात्रों में भरा जा सकता है।

एल एन. जी (तरलीकृत प्राकृतिक गैस) प्राकृतिक गैस का तरल रुप है जिसे आमतौर पर जहाजों के माध्यम से बड़ी मात्रा में उन देशों में भेजा जाता है जहाँ पाइप लाइन का जाना संभव नहीं है। प्राकृतिक गैस को 160 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक ठंडा करके तरल अवस्था में लाया जा सकता है जिससे कि यह गैसीय मात्रा के मुकाबले 1/600वे हिस्से में रखी जा सके और इसलिए इसे तरलीकृत प्राकृतिक गैस कहा जाता है जिसे गैस परिवहन में कम जगह का इस्तेमाल करती है।एल. एन. जी, प्रकृतिक गैस का शुद्धतम रुप है।

06- इसरो-नासा संयुक्त मिशन निसार उपग्रह को किस वर्ष लॉन्च किया जायेगा-

इसरो-नासा संयुक्त मिशन निसार (NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar) उपग्रह को 2023 की शुरुआत में लॉन्च किया जायेगा।

इसका उद्देश्य उन्नत रडार छवियों का उपयोग करके ध्रुवीय क्रायोस्फीयर और हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र सहित विश्व स्तर पर पृथ्वी की सतह(Crust) में परिवर्तन को मापना है।

इस मिशन का मुख्य वैज्ञानिक लक्ष्य ग्रह के बदलते पारिस्थितिक तंत्र, स्थलीय और तटीय प्रक्रियाओं, भूमि विरूपण (land deformation) और क्रायोस्फीयर पर जलवायु परिवर्तन के प्रभावों की समझ में सुधार करना है।

यह एक डुअल-बैंड (L-बैंड और S-बैंड) रडार इमेजिंग मिशन है जिसमें भूमि, वनस्पति और क्रायोस्फीयर में छोटे बदलावों को देखने के लिए पोलरिमेट्रिक और इंटरफेरोमेट्रिक मोड हैं।

नासा एल-बैंड SAR और संबंधित सिस्टम विकसित कर रहा है, जबकि इसरो एस-बैंड SAR , अंतरिक्ष यान बस, लॉन्च वाहन और संबंधित लॉन्च सेवाओं का विकास कर रहा है।

The reading device uses language-dependent optical character recognition to convert images to text and text to speech converters that convert text to audio. Audio files are added to the machine, which can be heard by the user. The device is handheld, standalone, portable, completely wireless and IoT (Internet of Things) enabled.
