भारतीय नौसेना का जहाज तबर रूस की पांच दिवसीय सद्भावना यात्रा और रूसी नौसेना के 325वें नौसेना दिवस समारोह में भाग लेने के लिए दिनांक 22 जुलाई 2021 को सेंट पीटर्सबर्ग पहुंचा।

आईएनएस तबर एक तलवार श्रेणी का स्टील्थ फ्रिगेट है और भारतीय नौसेना के पश्चिमी बेड़े का हिस्सा है जो पश्चिमी नौसेना कमान के तहत मुंबई में स्थित है। संयोग से यह जहाज रूस में भारतीय नौसेना के लिए बनाया गया था और अप्रैल 2004 में सेंट पीटर्सबर्ग में इसको कमीशन किया गया।

यह भारतीय नौसेना और रूसी नौसेना के बीच युद्धाभ्यास इंद्रा नामक नौसैनिक अभ्यासों की स्थापित श्रृंखला का हिस्सा होगा।

हंगरी के बुडापेस्ट में आयोजित विश्व कैडेट कुश्ती चैंपियनशिप में युवा भारतीय पहलवानों प्रिया मलिक, तन्नू और कोमल ने क्रमशः  73 kg, 43 kg एवं 46 kg वर्ग में स्वर्ण पदक जीते।

पहलवान अंकित, अंतिम और वर्षा ने क्रमशः65 किग्रा , 53 किग्रा और 65 किग्रा वर्ग में कांस्य पदक जीते।

भारतीय महिला टीम 139 अंकों के साथ दूसरे स्थान पर रही जबकि संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका 149 अंकों के साथ आगे रहा।

यूनेस्को ने रविवार को तेलंगाना में स्थित काकतीय रुद्रेश्वर (रामप्पा मंदिर) मंदिर को विश्व धरोहर में शामिल कर लिया है।

प्रतिष्ठित रामप्पा मंदिर महान काकतीय वंश के उत्कृष्ट शिल्प कौशल को प्रदर्शित करता है।

वारंगल में स्थित यह शिव मंदिर इकलौता ऐसा मंदिर है, जिसका नाम इसके शिल्पकार रामप्पा के नाम पर रखा गया।

इसका निर्माण काकतिय नरेश राजा रूद्र देव ने 1163 में करवाया था.

इस मंदिर के निर्माण के दौरान बेहतर नक्काशी और उन्नत तकनीक का इस्तेमाल किया गया था. इस मंदिर का प्रभावशाली प्रवेशद्वार, हजार विशाल खम्भे और छतों के शिलालेख आकर्षण केंद्र हैं. हज़ार स्तंभो वाला मंदिर यूनेस्को विश्व धरोहर स्थल में सम्मिलित होने वाल  दक्षिण भारत के सबसे प्राचीन मंदिरों में से एक है.

वारंगल का रुद्रेश्वर का एक मात्र ऐसा मंदिर है जो एक तारे के आकार का बना है. इस मंदिर की खासियत यह है कि यहां एक ही छत के नीचे तीन देवताओं की मूर्तियां स्थापित है. जिसमे शिव और विष्णु के साथ सूर्य देवता शामिल है. इसलिए इसे 'त्रिकुटल्यम' भी कहते हैं।

आम तौर पर महादेव और श्री हरि के साथ ब्रह्मा की ही पूजा होती है. लेकिन यह ऐसा इकलौता मंदिर हैं जहां ब्रह्मा की जगह सूर्य देवता विराजमान हैं।

देश के बिजली ग्रिड पर संभावित हमलों से महत्वपूर्ण बुनियादी ढांचे की रक्षा के लिए देश के कई शहरों में पावर आइलैंडिंग सिस्टम बनाने की योजना बनाई जा रही है। मुंबई और नई दिल्ली में यह सिस्टम वर्तमान में भी मौजूद है तथा बेंगलुरू और जामनगर, जिसमें भारत की दो सबसे बड़ी तेल रिफाइनरियां हैं, को इसमें शामिल किया जा रहा है।

वर्ष 2020 में मुंबई में एक बड़ी बिजली आउटेज हुई थी, जिससे शहर ठप हो गया।

वर्तमान में पावर ग्रिड के डिजिटलीकरण को देखते हुए भारत सरकार देश के प्रमुख शहरों में पावर आइलैंड सिस्टम बनाने की योजना बना रही है।

आइलैंडिंग सिस्टम में उत्पादन क्षमता होती है और यह एक आउटेज के दौरान मुख्य ग्रिड से ऑटोमेटिकली अलग हो सकता है।औद्योगिक और वाणिज्यिक परिसरों, हवाई अड्डों, शॉपिंग मॉल, अस्पतालों, रक्षा इकाइयों और रेलवे स्टेशनों जैसे छोटे क्षेत्रों को अलग करने के लिए स्मार्ट माइक्रो ग्रिड की आवश्यकता है।माइक्रो ग्रिड रूफटॉप सौर ऊर्जा और बैटरी के मिश्रण पर चलेंगे।

दुनिया के कई देशों में कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों के बीच नोरोवायरस संक्रमण ने भी डॉक्टरों की चिंता बढ़ा दी है। इंग्लैंड में पिछले दिनों नोरोवायरस के सामने आए 154 मामलों के बाद से स्वास्थ्य संगठन अलर्ट पर हैं। नोरोवायरस को 'विंटर वामिटिंग बग' के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। नोरोवायरस, कैलिसिविरिडे फैमिली का वायरस है। यह वायरस दुनियाभर में गैस्ट्रोएंटेराइटिस प्रकोप के 50 फीसदी मामलों के लिए जिम्मेदार हो सकता है।

इस बीमारी के कारण हर साल अमेरिका में करीब 70 हजार लोगों को अस्पताल में भर्ती होने की जरूरत पड़ती है, जिसमें से 700-800 लोगों की मौत हो जाती है।

नोरोवायरस संक्रमण में पेट की आंतों में सूजन आ जाती है, जिसके कारण लोगों को कई तरह की जटिलताओं का अनुभव हो सकता है।

नोरोवायरस 60 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक के तापमान पर भी जीवित रह सकते हैं। समुद्री इलाकों में ज्यादातर लोगों में शेलफिश खाने के कारण इस संक्रमण का खतरा रहता है।

नोरोवायरस के लक्षणो में उल्टी-पेट दर्द, पेट में ऐंठन, लगातार दस्त आना ,कमजोरी और सुस्त महसूस करना, बुखार और ठंड लगने की समस्या, शरीर, विशेषरूप से सिर में दर्द आदि सम्मिलित है।

अमेरिकी अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी नासा ने बृहस्पति ग्रह पर जीवन की तलाश करने का मिशन शुरू कर दिया है। इस ग्रह की जांच शुरू करने के लिए एलन मस्क की कंपनी स्पेसएक्स के साथ नासा ने करार किया है। नेशनल एरोनॉटिक्स एंड स्पेस एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन (नासा) ने एक बयान में कहा कि यूरोपा क्लिपर मिशन के लिए अक्टूबर 2024 में फ्लोरिडा के कैनेडी स्पेस सेंटर से फाल्कन हेवी रॉकेट लॉन्च किया जाएगा।

बृहस्पति की दूरी पृथ्वी से करीब 390 मिलियन मील (630 मिलियन किलोमीटर) दूर है और इस यात्रा में पांच साल से अधिक समय लगने की उम्मीद है।

यूरोपा क्लिपर (रॉकेट) बृहस्पति ग्रह का विस्तृत सर्वेक्षण करेगा और इसकी पड़ताल की जाएगी कि इस ग्रह पर जीवन जीने की अनुकूल स्थितियां हैं या नहीं। यह रॉकेट हाई रिज़ॉल्यूशन वाले कैमरे,  स्पेक्ट्रोमीटर और अन्य तरह की टेक्नोलॉजी से लैस होंगे। इसके अलावा नीचे बर्फ की परत में एंट्री के लिए रडार भी इसमें शामिल किया जाएगा।

Indian Naval Ship Tabar arrived at St Petersburg on 22 July 2021 for a five-day goodwill visit to Russia and to participate in the 325th Navy Day celebrations of the Russian Navy.

INS Tabar is a Talwar-class stealth frigate and is part of the Western Fleet of the Indian Navy based at Mumbai under the Western Naval Command. Incidentally, the ship was built in Russia for the Indian Navy and was commissioned in April 2004 at St. Petersburg.

It will be part of an established series of naval exercises called Maneuver Indra between the Indian Navy and the Russian Navy.

UNESCO on Sunday included the Kakatiya Rudreshwar (Rampappa Temple) temple in Telangana as a World Heritage Site.

The iconic Ramappa temple displays the exquisite craftsmanship of the great Kakatiya dynasty.

Situated in Warangal, this Shiva temple is the only temple to be named after its architect Ramappa.

It was built by the Kakatiya king King Rudra Dev in 1163.

Better carvings and advanced techniques were used during the construction of this temple. The impressive entrance of this temple, thousand huge pillars and inscriptions of roofs are the center of attraction. The Thousand Pillar Temple is one of the oldest temples in South India to be included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Warangal is the only temple of Rudreshwar which is made in the shape of a star. The specialty of this temple is that the idols of three deities are installed here under one roof. In which the sun god is included along with Shiva and Vishnu. That is why it is also called 'Trikutalayam'.

Generally Brahma is worshiped along with Mahadev and Shri Hari. But this is the only temple where the Sun God is seated instead of Brahma.

The US space agency NASA has started a mission to search for life on the planet Jupiter. Elon Musk's company to launch probe into this planet NASA has tied up with SpaceX. 

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) said in a statement that the Falcon Heavy rocket will be launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida in October 2024 for the Europa Clipper mission.

Jupiter's distance is about 390 million miles (630 million kilometers) from Earth and the journey is expected to take more than five years.

Europa Clipper (rocket) will conduct a detailed survey of the planet Jupiter and it will be investigated whether there are favorable conditions for life on this planet. These rockets will be equipped with high resolution cameras, spectrometers and other types of technology. Apart from this, radar for entry into the ice layer below will also be included in it.
