भारत की सबसे बड़ी तेल कंपनी ‘इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन’ (IOC) अपनी मथुरा रिफाइनरी में देश का पहला 'ग्रीन हाइड्रोजन' प्लांट स्थापित करेगी।

कंपनी भविष्य में अपनी सभी रिफाइनरी और पेट्रोकेमिकल विस्तार परियोजनाओं में कैप्टिव पावर प्लांट स्थापित नहीं करेगी और इसके बजाय सौर ऊर्जा जैसे नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा स्रोतों से उत्पन्न होने वाली 250 मेगावाट बिजली का उपयोग करेगी।

यद्यपि हाइड्रोजन स्वयं एक स्वच्छ ईंधन है, किंतु इसका निर्माण अत्यधिक ऊर्जा-गहन है और इसमें कार्बन उपोत्पाद शामिल हैं। 'ग्रीन हाइड्रोजन' के उत्पादन में हाइड्रोजन ईंधन बनाने के लिये नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा स्रोतों का उपयोग किया जाता है।

126- पंचायत उप चुनाव- 2021 में कुल कितनी पंचायतो के लिए सरपंच के उपचुनाव करवाए जा रहे है-

पंचायत उप चुनाव- 2021 में 22 जिलों की 48 ग्राम पंचायत के सरपंच के उप चुनाव के लिए 130 उम्मीदवार चुनावी मैदान में है।

मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी एवं सचिव श्रीमती चित्रा गुप्ता के अनुसार  कुल 48 ग्राम पंचायतों में से 8 ग्राम पंचायतों में कोई नामांकन पत्र दाखिल नहीं किया गया, जबकि 6 ग्राम पंचायतों के लिए उम्मीदवार निर्विरोध निर्वाचित हुए। इस तरह शेष 34 ग्राम पंचायतों में 130 उम्मीदवार मैदान में रह गए हैं।

25 जुलाई को प्रातः 7.30 बजे से शाम 5.30 बजे तक मतदान किया जाएगा, जबकि मतदान समाप्ति के तुरंत बाद मतगणना होगी।

सरपंच का चुनाव ईवीएम व पंच का चुनाव मतपेटी के जरिए किया जाएगा।

मध्य प्रदेश के ऐतिहासिक किला शहर ग्वालियर और ओरछा को यूनेस्को ने अपने ‘अर्बन लैंडस्केप सिटी प्रोग्राम’ के तहत विश्व धरोहर शहरों की सूची में शामिल किया है।

यूनेस्को अब ग्वालियर और ओरछा के ऐतिहासिक स्थलों को बेहतर बनाने तथा उसकी खूबसूरती निखारने के लिए पर्यटन विभाग के साथ मिलकर मास्टर प्लान तैयार करेगा।

ऐतिहासिक नगरों की संस्कृति एवं विरासत को संरक्षित करते हुए वहाँ के समावेशी एवं सुनियोजित विकास के लिए यूनेस्को की हिस्टोरिक अर्बन लैण्ड स्केप परियोजना का शुभारंभ वर्ष 2011 में किया गया था।

मध्य प्रदेश के बुंदेलखंड क्षेत्र में स्थित ओरछा अपने मंदिरों और महलों के लिए पूरी दुनिया में मशहूर है। ओरछा पूर्ववर्ती बुंदेला राजवंश की 16 वीं शताब्दी की राजधानी है। ओरछा, राज महल, जहांगीर महल, रामराजा मंदिर, राय प्रवीन महल, लक्ष्मीनारायण मंदिर एवं कई अन्य प्रसिद्ध मंदिरों और महलों के लिए विख्यात है। यहाँ भगवान राम को राजा की तरह पूजा जाता है।

वहीं, ग्वालियर भी मध्य प्रदेश का ऐतिहासिक नगर और प्रमुख शहर है। नौवीं शताब्दी में स्थापित ग्वालियर गुर्जर प्रतिहार राजवंश, तोमर, बघेल, कछवाहों तथा सिंधिया राजवंश की राजधानी रहा है।

मंत्रिमंडल ने विनिवेश के लिये चुनी गयी सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की रिफाइनरी कंपनियों में प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश (एफडीआई) मौजूदा 49 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 100 प्रतिशत करने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी।

जो एफडीआई सीमा बढ़ायी गयी है, वह केवल विनिवेश से जुड़े मामलों के लिये है।’

सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों द्वारा प्रवर्तित तेल रिफाइनरियों में एफडीआई सीमा 49 प्रतिशत बनी रहेगी। यह सीमा मार्च 2008 में तय की गयी थी।

फिलहाल सरकार केवल बीपीसीएल में हिस्सेदारी बेच रही है। देश की सबसे बड़ी और दूसरी तेल रिफाइनरी और विपणन कंपनी इंडियन ऑयल कॉरपोरेशन (आईओसी) सरकार के नियंत्रण में है।

हिंदुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कॉरपोरेशन लि. (एचपीसीएल) अब ऑयल एंड नेचुरल गैस कॉरपोरेशन (ओएनजीसी) की अनुषंगी है।

भारतीय नौसेना ने दिनांक 21 से 22 जुलाई 2021 तक बंगाल की खाड़ी में रॉयल नेवी कैरियर स्ट्राइक ग्रुप (सीएसजी)-21, जिसका नेतृत्व एचएमएस क्वीन एलिजाबेथ ने किया, के साथ दो दिवसीय द्विपक्षीय पैसेज युद्धाभ्यास (पासेक्स) में भाग लिया। द्विपक्षीय समुद्री अभ्यास दोनों नौसेनाओं की समुद्री क्षेत्र में एक साथ काम करने की क्षमता को बेहतर बनाने के लिए डिजाइन किया गया था।

भारतीय नौसेना का प्रतिनिधित्व आईएन शिप सतपुड़ा, रणवीर, ज्योति, कवरत्ती, कुलिश और एक पनडुब्बी द्वारा किया गया था। पनडुब्बी रोधी युद्ध में सक्षम लंबी दूरी के समुद्री टोही विमान पी8I ने भी अभ्यास में भाग लिया।

रॉयल नेवी के नवीनतम एयरक्राफ्ट कैरियर, एचएमएस क्वीन एलिजाबेथ ने ब्रिटेन का नेतृत्व किया।

केंद्र सरकार ने राम नगरी अयोध्या के 84 कोसी परिक्रमा मार्ग को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग घोषित कर दिया है।

करीब 80 किमी की रिंग रोड और 275 किमी की अयोध्या चौरासी कोसी परिक्रमा का रास्ता नेशनल हाइवे के तौर पर विकसित किया जाएगा।

चौरासी कोसी परिक्रमा मार्ग अयोध्या, बाराबंकी, अबेडकरनगर , बस्ती समेत गोंडा जिलों में 275 किलोमीटर तक फैला हुआ है, जो बहुत खराब स्थिति में है। हर वर्ष परिक्रमा करने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को नाव से सरयू नदी पार करना पड़ता है।

125- Which company will set up the country's first 'Green Hydrogen' plant?

India's largest oil company 'Indian Oil Corporation' (IOC) will set up the country's first 'Green Hydrogen' plant at its Mathura Refinery.

The company will not set up captive power plants in all its refinery and petrochemical expansion projects in future and will instead use 250 MW of electricity generated from renewable energy sources such as solar power.

Although hydrogen itself is a clean fuel, its manufacture is extremely energy-intensive and contains carbon byproducts. Renewable energy sources are used to make hydrogen fuel in the production of 'green hydrogen'.

Panchayat by-elections- In 2021, 130 candidates are in the fray for the by-election of sarpanch of 48 gram panchayats of 22 districts.

According to Chief Electoral Officer and Secretary Smt. Chitra Gupta, out of total 48 gram panchayats, no nomination papers were filed in 8 gram panchayats, while candidates were elected unopposed for 6 gram panchayats. In this way, 130 candidates are left in the fray in the remaining 34 gram panchayats.

Voting will be held on July 25 from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm, while counting of votes will take place immediately after the end of polling.

The election of Sarpanch will be done through EVM and the election of Panch will be done through ballot box.

The historic fort cities of Gwalior and Orchha in Madhya Pradesh have been included by UNESCO in the list of World Heritage Cities under its 'Urban Landscape City Programme'.

UNESCO will now prepare a master plan with the tourism department to improve and enhance the beauty of the historical sites of Gwalior and Orchha.

UNESCO's Historic Urban Landscape Project was launched in the year 2011 for the inclusive and planned development of historic cities while preserving their culture and heritage.

Orchha, located in the Bundelkhand region of Madhya Pradesh, is famous all over the world for its temples and palaces. Orchha is the 16th century capital of the erstwhile Bundela dynasty. Orchha is famous for Raj Mahal, Jehangir Mahal, Ramraja Temple, Rai Praveen Mahal, Laxminarayan Temple and many other famous temples and palaces. Here Lord Rama is worshiped like a king.

At the same time, Gwalior is also the historical city and major city of Madhya Pradesh. Established in the ninth century, Gwalior has been the capital of the Gurjara Pratihar dynasty, the Tomar, the Baghel, the Kachwahas and the Scindia dynasty.

128- The limit of foreign direct investment in public sector refinery companies selected for disinvestment has been reduced to –

The Cabinet approved the proposal to increase the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in public sector refinery companies selected for disinvestment from the existing 49 per cent to 100 per cent.

The FDI limit which has been increased is only for matters related to disinvestment.

The FDI limit in oil refineries promoted by public sector undertakings will remain at 49 per cent. This limit was fixed in March 2008.

At present, the government is only selling stake in BPCL. The country's largest and second oil refinery and marketing company Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) is under the control of the government.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) is now a subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).

The Indian Navy participated in a two-day Bilateral Passage Exercise (PASEX) with Royal Navy Carrier Strike Group (CSG)-21, led by HMS Queen Elizabeth, in the Bay of Bengal from 21 to 22 July 2021. The bilateral maritime exercise was designed to improve the ability of both the navies to work together in the maritime domain.

The Indian Navy was represented by IN Ships Satpura, Ranvir, Jyothi, Kavaratti, Kulish and a submarine. Anti-Submarine Warfare Long Range Maritime Reconnaissance Aircraft P8I also participated in the exercise.

The Royal Navy's latest aircraft carrier, HMS Queen Elizabeth, headed to Britain.

The Central Government has declared 84 Kosi Parikrama Marg of Ram Nagari Ayodhya as National Highway.

Chaurasi Kosi Parikrama Marg is spread over 275 km in Gonda districts including Ayodhya, Barabanki, Ambedkarnagar, Basti, which is in very bad condition. Every year the pilgrims who perform the parikrama have to cross the Saryu river by boat.
