119- राजस्थान सरकार ने हाल ही में राज्य सरकार के कर्मचारियों के मकान किराए भत्ते में कितने प्रतिशत तक की वृद्धि की है -

राजस्थान सरकार ने राज्य कर्मचारियों को देय महंगाई भत्ते की दर के 25 प्रतिशत से अधिक होने पर राज्य कर्मचारियों के मकान किराये भत्ते में 2 प्रतिशत तक की बढ़ोतरी को मंजूरी दी है।

राज्य कर्मचारियों को उनके मूल वेतन पर देय ‘वाई’ श्रेणी के शहरों में मकान किराये भत्ते को 16 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 18 प्रतिशत करने तथा ‘जेड’ श्रेणी के शहरों में यह भत्ता 8 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 9 प्रतिशत करने की स्वीकृति दी है।

मकान किराये भत्ते में यह बढ़ोतरी 1 जुलाई, 2021 से लागू होगी। राज्य सरकार इस पर 400 करोड़ रूपए से अधिक का वित्तीय भार वहन करेगी।

प्रदेश में राज्य कर्मचारियों को देय महंगाई भत्ते को 17 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 28 प्रतिशत किया गया है। महंगाई भत्ते की दर के 25 प्रतिशत की सीमा से अधिक होने पर 7वें वेतन आयोग के क्रियान्वयन के संबंध में वित्त विभाग के 30 अक्टूबर, 2017 के आदेश के अनुरूप मकान किराये भत्ते में वृद्धि के प्रस्ताव को यह मंजूरी दी गई है।

रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन (डीआरडीओ) ने स्वदेश में विकसित कम वजन वाली फायर एंड फॉरगेट मैन-पोर्टेबल एंटी-टैंक गाइडेड मिसाइल (एमपीएटीजीएम) का सफलतापूर्वक परीक्षण किया।

मिसाइल को एकीकृत मानव-पोर्टेबल लॉन्चर से लॉन्च किया गया था। एक टैंक के प्रतिरूप को इसका लक्ष्य बनाया गया था।

मिसाइल को उन्नत एवियोनिक्स के साथ अत्याधुनिक मिनीएचराइज्ड इन्फ्रारेड इमेजिंग सीकर के साथ रखा गया है। इस परीक्षण के बाद देश स्वदेशी तीसरी पीढ़ी के मैन पोर्टेबल एंटी टैंक गाइडेड मिसाइल निर्मित करने के अंतिम चरण में पहुंच गया है।

121- डीआरडीओ द्वारा हाल हाई में परीक्षण की गई आकाश-एनजी किस प्रकार से मार करने वाली मिसाइल है -

डीआरडीओ ने सतह से हवा में मार करने वाली मिसाइल आकाश-एनजी का सफल परीक्षण किया।

इस मिसाइल की लंबाई 560 सेंटीमीटर तथा चौड़ाई 35 सेंटीमीटर है। यह मिसाइल 60 किलोग्राम वजन तक विस्फोटक ढोने की ताकत रखती है। आकाश मिसाइल पूरी तरह से गतिशील है और वाहनों के चलते काफिले की रक्षा करने में सक्षम है।

आकाश मिसाइल (आकाश एनजी) का नया संस्करण अपने पुराने संस्करण के मुकाबले कुछ बेहतर है और 25 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर भी निशाना लगा सकता है।

कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ जंग में भारत को हथियार के तौर पर जल्द ही एक और वैक्सीन मिलने वाली है।

जायडस कैडिला कंपनी की कोविड-19 वैक्सीन जायकोव-डी के तीसरे चरण का क्लीनिकल परीक्षण जारी है। यह कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ एक प्लास्मिड डीएनए वैक्सीन है।

अगर वैक्सीन सभी परीक्षणों में पास हो जाती है और इसे देश में इस्तेमाल की मंजूरी मिलती है, तो यह कोरोना वायरस की रोकथाम के लिए दुनिया का पहला डीएनए आधारित टीका और देश में उपलब्ध चौथा टीका होगा।

डीएनए-प्लाज्मिड आधारित ‘जायकोव-डी’ टीके की तीन खुराकें होंगी। इसे दो से चार डिग्री सेल्सियस तापमान पर रखा जा सकता है और कोल्ड चेन की जरूरत नहीं होगी। इससे देश के किसी भी हिस्से में इसकी खेप आसानी से पहुंचाई जा सकेगी। जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाले उपक्रम जैव प्रौद्योगिकी उद्योग अनुसंधान सहायता परिषद (बीआईआरएसी) के तहत नेशनल बायोफार्मा मिशन (एनबीएम) द्वारा टीके को सहयोग मिला है।

वयस्कों के साथ 12 से 18 साल के उम्र समूह के किशोरों पर भी इस टीके का परीक्षण किया गया है।

नैशनल कैंसर रजिस्‍ट्री प्रोग्राम रिपोर्ट 2020 के अनुसार, इस वक्‍त देश में कैंसर के 13.9 लाख मामले हैं। दवाइयों के अलावा इसके उपचार में रेडियोथेरेपी और कीमोथेरेपी प्रमुख है। इसके उपचार में भारतीय वैज्ञानिकों को एक और सफलता मिली है। भारत में डॉक्टरों को जल्द ही कैंसर के मरीज के पेट के ऊपरी हिस्से या ब्रेस्ट एरिया में रेडिएशन में मदद करने के लिए फेफड़ों की गति की नकल की सुविधा मिल जाएगी।

भारतीय वैज्ञानिकों के एक समूह ने एक नया और सस्ता 3डी रोबोटिक मोशन फैंटम बनाया है, जो सांस लेने के दौरान एक मनुष्य के फेफड़े जैसी गति पैदा कर सकता है। फैंटम एक ऐसे प्लेटफॉर्म का हिस्सा है, जो न सिर्फ एक मरीज के श्वास लेने के दौरान मानव फेफड़े जैसी गति पैदा करता है, बल्कि रेडिएशन का एक गतिशील लक्ष्य पर सही प्रकार से केंद्रित उपयोग हो रहा है या नहीं, यह भी जांच सकता है।

इस उपकरण को IIT कानपुर ने अन्य शोधार्थियों के साथ मिलकर विकसित किया है।

124- वित्त मंत्रालय ने स्टैंडअप इंडिया योजना को किस वर्ष तक की अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दिया है-

वित्त मंत्रालय ने स्टैंडअप इंडिया योजना को वर्ष 2025 तक बढ़ा दिया है।

इस योजना को अप्रैल 2016 में आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण और रोज़गार सृजन पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए ज़मीनी स्तर पर उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देने के लिये लॉन्च किया गया था।

इस योजना का उद्देश्य ग्रीनफील्ड उद्यम स्थापित करने के लिये अनुसूचित वाणिज्यिक बैंकों की प्रति बैंक शाखा में कम-से-कम एक अनुसूचित जाति या अनुसूचित जनजाति उधारकर्त्ता और कम-से-कम एक महिला उधारकर्त्ता को 10 लाख रुपए से 1 करोड़ रुपए के बीच बैंक ऋण की सुविधा प्रदान करना है।

सिडबी (भारतीय लघु उद्योग विकास बैंक) और नाबार्ड (राष्ट्रीय कृषि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक) के कार्यालय को स्टैंड-अप कनेक्ट सेंटर (SUCC) के रूप नामित किया गया है।

119- The Rajasthan government has recently increased the house rent allowance of state government employees by what percentage?

The Rajasthan government has approved an increase of up to 2 percent in the house rent allowance of the state employees if the rate of dearness allowance payable to the state employees exceeds 25 percent.

It has also given approval to increase the house rent allowance payable to state employees on their basic pay from 16 percent to 18 percent in 'Y' category cities and from 8 percent to 9 percent in 'Z' category cities.

This increase in house rent allowance will be applicable from July 1, 2021. The state government will bear the financial burden of more than Rs 400 crore on this.

Dearness allowance payable to state employees has been increased from 17 percent to 28 percent in the state. This approval has been given to the proposal to increase the house rent allowance in accordance with the order of the Finance Department on October 30, 2017 regarding the implementation of 7th Pay Commission, if the rate of dearness allowance exceeds the limit of 25 percent.

Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) successfully test-fired indigenously developed Low Weight Fire and Forget Man-Portable Anti-Tank Guided Missile (MPATGM).

The missile was launched from an integrated man-portable launcher. A tank model was targeted.

The missile is fitted with a state-of-the-art Miniaturized Infrared Imaging Seeker with advanced avionics. After this test, the country has reached the final stage of manufacturing indigenous third generation Man Portable Anti Tank Guided Missile.

India is soon going to get another vaccine as a weapon in the war against the corona virus.

The Phase III clinical trial of Zydus Cadila Company's Kovid-19 vaccine Zycov-D is going on. It is a plasmid DNA vaccine against corona virus.

If the vaccine passes all tests and is approved for use in the country, it will be the world's first DNA-based vaccine for the prevention of coronavirus and the fourth available in the country.

The DNA-plasmid based 'Xycov-D' vaccine will have three doses. It can be stored at a temperature of two to four degrees Celsius and will not require a cold chain. With this, its consignment can be easily transported to any part of the country. The vaccine is supported by the National Biopharma Mission (NBM) under the Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC), an undertaking under the Department of Biotechnology.

The vaccine has been tested on adults as well as adolescents in the age group of 12 to 18 years.
