केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय (एमएचए) ने सभी राज्यों और केन्द्र शासित प्रदेशों (यूटी) से अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र में आने वाले सभी पुलिस थानों को सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 की निरस्त हो चुकी धारा 66ए के तहत मामले दर्ज नहीं करने के निर्देश देने का अनुरोध किया है।

उच्चतम न्यायालय ने श्रेया सिंघल बनाम भारत सरकार के मामले में 24.03.2015 को सुनाए अपने फैसले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 की धारा 66ए को अमान्य कर दिया था। इस प्रकार सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 की धारा 66ए 24.03.2015 को तत्काल प्रभाव से अमान्य हो गया थी और इसीलिए, इस धारा के तहत कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा सकती है।

इस धारा में पुलिस को ऑनलाइन ‘अपमानजनक’ टिप्पणी करने वाले व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार करने का अधिकार था और इसमें तीन साल की जेल की सजा का प्रावधान था।

स्मार्ट सिटी मिशन के संबंध में 15 जुलाई, 2021 की स्थिति अनुसार 36 राज्यों, केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों की रैंकिंग में राजस्थान प्रथम स्थान पर आया गया है। इस दौरान देश के 100 शहरों की रैंकिंग में उदयपुर 5वें, कोटा 10वें, अजमेर 22वें एवं जयपुर 28वें स्थान पर हैं। इससे पूर्व राजस्थान द्वितीय स्थान पर था।

स्मार्टसिटी योजना के अन्तर्गत जनअपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप जनप्रतिनिधियों से विचार-विमर्श एवं स्मार्ट सिटी की दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप जयपुर, उदयपुर, अजमेर एवं कोटा शहरों में नए जनोपयोगी कार्यो को सम्मिलित किया गया है। कार्यो के समयबद्ध क्रियान्वयन के लिए सीपीएम(Critical Path Method)-पीईआरटी (Program evaluation and review technique)आधारित एक्शन प्लान बनाया जाकर प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग करते हुये कार्यों का संपादन किया गया है।

हाल ही में राजस्थान प्रतिकरात्मक वन रोपण निधि प्रबंधन और योजना प्राधिकरण (कैम्पा) राजस्थान की वर्चुअल बैठक में मुख्य वन संरक्षक और उप वन संरक्षकगणों को कैम्पा कार्यों को ई-ग्रीनवॉच पोर्टल पर अपलोड करने के निर्देश दिए।

विकास गतिविधियों के लिए प्रतिपूरक  वनरोपण के कार्यान्वयन में कुछ विसंगतियों के कारण, कुछ गैर सरकारी संगठनों ने राहत के लिए माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटाया था। माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय ने 10 जुलाई 2009 को आदेश जारी किया कि केंद्रीय पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्री की अध्यक्षता में राष्ट्रीय सलाहकार परिषद के रूप में एक प्रतिपूरक वनरोपण निधि प्रबंधन और योजना प्राधिकरण (CAMPA)  प्रतिपूरक वनीकरण गतिविधियाँ की निगरानी, ​​तकनीकी सहायता और मूल्यांकन के लिए होगा।

यह एक सूचना प्रणाली की मांग करता है ताकि सूचना एकत्र करने और प्रस्तुत करने के लिए निगरानी और ट्रैक किया जा सके कि कैंपा फंड इस लक्ष्य को कितनी अच्छी तरह प्राप्त कर रहे हैं।

देश की राजधानी दिल्ली से सटे फरीदाबाद में अरावली पर्वत श्रृंखला में गांव मांगर और कोट के पास गुफाओं में पाषाणकालीन शैलचित्र मिले हैं।

ये शैलचित्र प्रदेश की पुरातत्व विभाग की टीम ने ढूंढे़ हैं। विभाग ने इनके 20 से 30 हजार साल पुराने होने का अनुमान लगाया है। अधिकतर शैलचित्रों में पशु, पक्षियों, मानव हाथ, पैरों की आकृति को उकेरा गया है।

पुरापाषाण काल (Palaeolithic) प्रौगएतिहासिक युग का वो समय है, जब मानव ने पत्थर के औजार बनाना सबसे पहले शुरू किया था. ये काल आधुनिक काल से 25-20 लाख साल पहले से लेकर 12,000 साल पहले तक माना जाता है। इस दौरान मानव इतिहास का 99 फीसदी विकास हुआ था।

इस काल के बाद ही मध्यपाषाण एवं नवपाषाण युग की शुरुआत हुई थी, जब मानव ने खेती करना शुरू किया था।

राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री किसान मित्र ऊर्जा योजना के प्रारूप को मंजूरी दे दी गई है।

इससे कृषि उपभोक्ताओं को बिजली बिलों पर प्रतिमाह ₹1000 (प्रति वर्ष अधिकतम ₹12000) का अनुदान मिल सकेगा।

यह योजना मई 2021 से लागू होगी।

किसी माह उपभोक्ता की पुनर्भरण राशि ₹1000 से कम होती है तो शेष राशि का समायोजन उसी वित्तीय वर्ष के आगामी महीनों में किया जा सकेगा।

कोई उपभोक्ता विद्युत दुरुपयोग या विद्युत चोरी का दोषी है तो अनुदान राशि देय नहीं होगी।

The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has requested all States and Union Territories (UTs) to direct all police stations under their jurisdiction not to register cases under the repealed Section 66A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. is.

The section empowered the police to arrest a person making 'derogatory' remarks online and was punishable with a jail term of three years.
